Zero Customer Service

After charging for labor and failing to diagnose the problem, the service manager was extremely impatient and implied that the failure was mine. Both the technicians and the management are less than competant....

Definitely the rudest car dealership with which I've ever had contact. They treated my wife and me with such disrespect that we finally had to leave. I seriously don't understand how this dealership stays in...
